Bill is a commissioning engineer with over 30 years of experience in facilities, construction, energy, and MEP commissioning. He has helped improve building functionality, manage O&M and capital expenditures, and reduce utility consumption in thousands of buildings world-wide. Bill holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University, and he is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA,) a Certified Energy Manager (CEM,) and a licensed Professional Engineer.
