Hailey is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kennesaw State University, where she served as the Composites Team Leader for the Formula SAE program.

Before joining the Building Performance Studio at Ecoworks, Hailey worked as both a Product Manager and Mechanical Engineer. In these roles, she designed and tested components for IRAD and DoD contracts, utilizing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and SolidWorks while focusing on various engineering projects. She applied industry-standard practices and software to ensure precision and quality in her work. Additionally, Hailey developed technical documentation and participated in product demonstrations, showcasing her strong technical skills and expertise.

Outside of work, Hailey lives in Kennesaw, GA, with her husband, baby, and two dogs. Originally from Florida, she has a passion for swimming and a love for the water and the beach. She enjoys cooking and baking, experimenting with new recipes, exploring various arts and crafts, and tackling home improvement projects with her husband, including a major kitchen remodel.
